TODAY'S
PHOTO -
a gigantic banyan
tree in Naples, Florida
I haven't used my camera
in a few days and there has not been any one particular
image that I've seen that has been a "must
share." Given I'm overdue on getting this issue
out, I once again went back into my files searching
for the "right" photo.
My morning started today with a wonderful email
from a subscriber who wrote, "Each day I look
forward to your daily email, waiting patiently to
open your picture. I am always delighted and amazed
at how the picture is 'just what I needed.'"
Since this banyan seemed to be the one that popped
out of all my folders for today, I'm hoping it serves
you, Virginia, and all of our other readers.
Long before we moved to Florida, I was drawn to
the banyan trees whenever we visited. Some of them
are amazingly large. There is a strength in them
that attracts me, as does the interconnectedness
of their parts. I also appreciate the large variety
of lines and textures, mostly smooth, that they
always have.
In today's picture the contrasts are strong, between
very full and the very "slim" sections
and in the lighting. I get the feeling of my wanting
to enter in and hide, contrasted with my wanting
to come out and play.
There is both a mystery and an openness and, of
course, there is a lot of imagery... many figures.
SELF-REFLECTING QUERIES -
What places do you have in your life that offer
you both shelter and the opportunity to play? What
is your most common preference - hiding out or playing?
Does this bring back any/many memories of playing

AUDIO TESTIMONIALS -
Have you yet checked out the 28 second message from
Sondra,
who shares the impact on her life of a custom photo/drawing
of her father done by me?
Have you listened to Judith Tramayne-Barth and Renee
Kleckner on our AUDIO
LINKS page, where Judith also describes how easy
it is to record a message? I'd love to have your voice
there also. A sentence or two is more than enough, if
you are person of a few words.
I will publish the link for yours in Picture to Ponder
and on the testimonial
page on the eteletours site. You can call in yourself

you in and simply listen while you talk.
