TODAY'S
PHOTO -
a flower from a flowering ginger in the American
Orchid Society Gardens in Delray Beach, FL
Following up on yesterday's
discussion on ginger plants, Issue
158, this particular flower insisted on being
included. I particularly like this full flower for
its erectness, warmth, and rich color.
I also mentioned yesterday that I am facilitating
a Photo/Creativity course, the main premise for
which is expanding "seeing" and creativity.
Incidentally we have been touching on some photo
editing. The spacing here today gave me a chance
to play and also show you what this flower looks
like on the plant in comparison to yesterday's photo.
SELF-REFLECTING QUERIES -
I am almost racing out the door for an appointment.
I've been faced with do a 'do a quick job, cut the
query today and simply get Picture to Ponder in
the mail or wait 'til later?"
I opted for the "quickie,"
I thought and, interestingly, observed how
on all days, with such time constrictions, I started
playing with a different photo format presentation.
How often do you find yourself on time deadlines?
How do you manage them? Do you shortcut or do you
postpone? And, in the midst of all of this, do others
of you also add unnecessary additions to what you
normally do?
My compromise today will be to send this in the mail
without testing and presending to myself, trusting
that all will be well. I will get the blog posting
up later.
Have fun observing yourself today.
AUDIO TESTIMONIALS
-
Check out the new 28
second message from Sondra, who shares how a
custom photo/drawing of her father, done by Sheila,
provided a major breakthrough for her in being able
to get past her many years of grief at his loss,
so that she can now enjoy photos of him.
Judith
Tramayne-Barth wrote to say, "When I wanted
to make an audio for Sheila, she made it really
easy for me. She called me and set up a 3 way call
so I could record how wonderful I think her ezine
is and her artwork. I am sure she will do the same
for you. And she didn't even mind the blooper I
made about her art site name. (LOL)."
Check out Judith's and other Audio Testimonials
on the new AUDIO
LINKS page.
I'd love to have your voice there also. A sentence
or two is more than enough, if you are person of
a few words.
I will publish the link for yours in Picture to
Ponder and on the testimonial
page on the eteletours site. You can call in
yourself at (214) 231-2905 ext 6956 or, if you wish,

me to set a time and I can call you. We can
do a phone interview, such as the one with Renee,
or I simply can call and 3-way you in on the line,
while I stay silent.
