LAST ISSUE'S IMAGE (ISSUE
#36)-
hibiscus bud.
LAST ISSUE'S IMAGERY -
As I passed this flower, it had me stop in my tracks,
bringing a big smile to my face. It was giving off
the feeling of joyousness and aliveness, excitement,
at opening up and out into the world.
Based our conversation on close-ups in yesterday's
Picture to Ponder, I did play with cropping the
photo to show mainly the flower. It did not work.
The flower, for me, was opening up to the world
and it needed to have space around it to give off
that message.
Sam enjoyed looking at the shapes in the sky, in
the spaces between the leaves, and one reader wrote
mentioning the delicacy of the hibiscus petals.
Today you might want to take a view finder. It can
be shaped with your hands or you can cut an opening
in a piece of paper. Look at an object through it.
Then take the viewfinder away and look at the same
thing in the midst of the space, or thoughts, surrounding
it. Is there a difference in the way it's presenting
itself or the way you see it?
TODAY'S IMAGE -
brings with it our wishes for you to have an
active weekend, if you so desire, filled with many
light and easy activities. May you all have a special
weekend however you wish to be experiencing it.
Inspirationally,
Sheila
